Delete your account or request your data
Use the form below to request deletion of your Debeyond customer account and associated personal information, or to request access to or deletion of specific data without closing your account. In the comment, write “Delete my account” or describe the data request. Use the email address associated with your customer account or order. We may verify your identity before processing the request. We will confirm completion by email.
Account profile and contact details that are no longer needed will be removed or anonymised. Order, payment and refund records may be retained for outstanding transactions, applicable legal record-keeping obligations and fraud prevention; those records are deleted or anonymised when the relevant retention requirement ends.

Debeyond mobile app
The Debeyond Android and iPhone apps display our online store and use Shopify checkout for physical footwear orders. The app starts with an essential-cookies-only choice. Optional analytics, advertising tracking and data-sale/sharing consent are disabled for that app browsing session before the store loads. The website opened separately in a browser has its own privacy choices.
Essential processing keeps the shopping session and cart working, secures checkout, prevents fraud and fulfils orders. When you contact us or place an order, we process the details you provide, including your name, email or phone number, delivery address, chosen payment method and purchase information. Shopify and payment and delivery service providers process information needed to provide their services. Technical session, network and diagnostic information may also be processed to operate and protect the service.
The native app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or device location, and does not include a native advertising or analytics SDK. Product sharing uses the device's share sheet. Your app privacy choice and shopping session may be saved on your device. Removing the app does not delete order or customer records held by the store.
To request access to or deletion of your customer information, use our contact form or email support@debeyond.com with the subject “Debeyond data deletion” and the email address or phone number used for your order. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for outstanding orders, refunds, legal obligations or fraud prevention may be retained as described in this policy. This section applies to the Debeyond mobile apps; the remainder of this policy explains our wider services and retention practices.
تطبيق دي بيوند
يعرض تطبيق دي بيوند على أندرويد وآيفون متجرنا ويستخدم Shopify لإتمام شراء الأحذية. يبدأ التطبيق بخيار ملفات الارتباط الضرورية فقط، مع إيقاف التحليلات الاختيارية والتتبع الإعلاني والموافقة على بيع أو مشاركة البيانات لأغراض إعلانية قبل فتح المتجر. للمتجر عند فتحه في متصفح مستقل خيارات خصوصية خاصة به.
تُستخدم المعلومات الضرورية لتشغيل السلة والدفع، وتأمين الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال وتنفيذ الطلبات. عند الطلب أو التواصل معنا، نعالج البيانات التي تقدمها، ومنها الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل ووسيلة الدفع ومعلومات الشراء. يعالج Shopify ومزودو الدفع والتوصيل المعلومات اللازمة لخدماتهم، وقد تُعالج معلومات الجلسة والشبكة والتشخيص لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
لا يطلب التطبيق الأصلي الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا أو موقع الجهاز، ولا يحتوي على حزمة إعلانات أو تحليلات أصلية. تستخدم مشاركة المنتجات أداة المشاركة في جهازك. قد تُحفظ جلسة التسوق وخيار الخصوصية على الجهاز. حذف التطبيق لا يحذف بيانات الطلبات المحفوظة لدى المتجر.
