Returns and exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery or a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original condition.

Shipping fees apply to both refunds and exchanges. Contact support@debeyond.com with your order number before sending the product back. We will confirm the return or exchange arrangements and applicable shipping fees.

Inspection or trying on products with the courier is not available.
